Digital Products (Sample Packs, Presets, MIDI Files, etc.)
No Refunds:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or return. This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property and to prevent unauthorized distribution of our digital products.
If you encounter any issues with your download or believe there is an error in the product, please contact our support team at support@producersupply.net within 7 days of your purchase. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Physical Products
Refunds:
For physical products such as merchandise, MIDI keyboards, or other tangible goods, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Bundles (Physical + Digital Products):
If you purchased a bundle or product that includes both physical and digital products (e.g., a MIDI keyboard with a sound pack or software), only the physical portion of the bundle is eligible for a refund, unless the digital downloads have not been accessed.
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, and their value will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Specifically for the "Kartier LED MIDI Keyboard with 1,000+ Sounds Library Included" the digital downloads accounts for 35.8% of the value, therefore if you bought the keyboard for $279.99, the return amount would be $179.99 if the digital downloads had been accessed prior to the return.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned keyboards must be in resaleable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and components. If a keyboard is returned to our facility damaged, missing parts, or showing signs of excessive wear, we reserve the right to:

Reject the return and ship the item back to you, or

Deduct a restocking fee or the cost of damages from your refund, at our discretion.
We recommend using protective packaging and tracking when shipping returns to ensure they arrive in acceptable condition.
To Initiate a Return:

Contact our support team at support@producersupply.net to request a return authorization.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exceptions:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Refunds may be denied if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Customs Fees and Non-Delivery
We are not responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or import fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or discarded by customs due to unpaid import taxes or fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they understand and comply with their country’s import requirements. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an international order.
Pre-Sale Physical Products (Limited Presale)
For physical products that are clearly marked as pre-sale (including, but not limited to labels such as “Limited Presale,” “Pre-Order,” or similar wording in the product title or description), the following terms apply:

Customers may request a full refund at any time prior to shipment by contacting our support team at support@producersupply.net.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to us via email. We are always happy to assist with cancellations or refunds during the pre-sale period.
Chargebacks are not permitted for pre-sale orders.
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us for a refund is considered a violation of this policy. Pre-sale status is clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, and customers acknowledge that they are purchasing an item that has not yet shipped.
If a chargeback is initiated for a pre-sale order without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback by providing documentation of the disclosed pre-sale status, order details, and refund availability.
