# Privacy Policy — DJ Kartier

DJ Kartier ("the App") is published by Producer Supply ("we," "us," "our"). This

choices. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

We built DJ Kartier to need as little of your data as possible. **We do not require

an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts,

photos, or precise location.**

## Information we collect

**Purchase information.** If you buy a subscription or a one-time purchase, the

transaction is processed by Apple. We use a third-party service, RevenueCat, to

verify your purchase and unlock premium features. We receive your purchase history

and a randomly generated identifier so we can keep your premium access active and

let you restore purchases. We never receive your credit card or payment details.

**Device identifier and device name.** If you redeem a Kartier Piano access code,

the App sends a randomly generated device identifier, the code, and a device name

you choose (for example, "My iPhone") to our servers. This lets us unlock premium

for your devices, enforce the per-code device limit, and let you view and remove

your devices. The device identifier is specific to the App on your device and is

not linked to your real-world identity.

**Technical data.** Like any internet service, our hosting and content-delivery

providers (including Cloudflare) automatically process technical information such as

IP address in order to deliver audio content, operate the App, and prevent abuse.

We do not use this information to identify you or to track you across other apps or

websites.

**On-device data.** Your settings (such as piano color themes), your redemption

status, and downloaded sounds are stored locally on your device. This data stays on

your device and is removed if you delete the App.

## What we do NOT do

- We do **not** track you across other apps or websites.

- We do **not** use third-party advertising networks or analytics SDKs.

- We do **not** sell or rent your information.

## Bluetooth

The App can connect to Bluetooth MIDI keyboards. Bluetooth access is used **only** to

discover and connect to MIDI devices so you can play. We do not collect any data

through Bluetooth.

## Third-party services

We rely on the following providers, each with their own privacy practices:

- **Apple** — processes in-app purchases (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/)

- **RevenueCat** — manages subscriptions and entitlements (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/)

- **Cloudflare** — hosting, content delivery, and access-code redemption (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/)

## Data retention

We keep purchase and redemption records for as long as needed to provide premium

access and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request removal of your

redemption records by contacting us.

## Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect

personal information from children under 13.

## Your choices and rights

Because we don't collect personal identifiers like your name or email, your data is

either stored on your device or tied only to an anonymous identifier. You can:

- Remove a device from a redeemed code in the App.

- Delete the App to remove all on-device data.

- Contact us to ask about or request deletion of redemption records.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by

the "Last updated" date above.
