DJ Kartier Crews Account Deletion

Delete your DJ Kartier Crews account
DJ Kartier (by Producer Supply) lets you delete your Crews account and its data at any time.
In the app (immediate): open Crews → tap your profile ("My crew profile") → Delete my Crews
account. Apple or Google asks you to confirm once more. Your messages, your shared files, your
crew membership, your nickname, your crew XP, your notification tokens and the account record are
deleted right away. Deleting your Crews account does not delete your DJ Kartier app purchases or
your local songs, which stay on your phone.
Without the app: email support@producersupply.net with the crew nickname you used and whether you
signed in with Apple or Google. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply when
it is done. A parent may use the same address for a child's account.
What is deleted: your Crews account record (sign-in identifier, nickname, age band, Premium
status), your crew memberships, every message you sent in any crew, every file you shared, your
reports and blocks, and your push notification tokens. What is kept: nothing about your account;
reports you filed about other players may be kept, without your identity, for up to 90 days after
review. Your position on the app's XP leaderboard is separate from Crews: ask by email to have it
removed as well.
